****Due in Dec Daily Updates****

 I went into the doctor yesterday to have everything checked out again, I feel so parranoid at this point  She did a check again and said there is just some discharge, but it is not fluid.  I'm not a good two centameters dialated.  She said that since I'm having regular contractions that if I make it through the weekend and go in on Monday she will strip my membrains then, and we can set a date for next week at the hospital to be induced if that doesn't work.  So we will have our baby by the end of next week.  She said she just can't do it right now, just in case my date is off she would feel really bad if she did something and there was something wrong with the baby.  I can totally understand where she is coming from and actually like her better for it.  My contractions picked up a little last night, every 5-6 min and kept me up most of the night.  I still have them this morning, but they are really not any closer together.  Hopefully they will pick up soon.  Hope everyone has a good day.

 i had my 36 week check up today. i am at one cm dialated but my cervix is still posterior to her head so we need that to receed a little bit. im measuring 37 weeks though and i so can not wait for my little girl to get here! i guess me and the boyfriend will be having lots of sex soon to start getting things to move along lol. i have been having contractions but they are so sporadic but they are getting stronger!!! im actually getting uncomfortable with them now! i really want to have my little girl before xmas or even before new years i hope i make it! 

 I'm still pregnant today.  I acutally thought I would be done by now.  Everyone tells me to relax and enjoy this time, but that is easier said than done when you are contracting regularly but nothing is really changing.  I was actually able to sleep for one 4 hour strech last night before waking up.  I barely slept the night before though.  I have been trying the nipple stimulation off and on for the past couple of days trying to get things going quicker, but it doesn't seem to be working.  I was really frustrated yesterday since I had been having regular contrations from the night before until about 4 in the morning every 4-7 min, but then they eased up, I thought for sure I was going to go in over night on Thursday night.  Part of me is wondering if my body is so tired that it just can't keep it up.  I would try sex to help bring on the labor, but even the thought of it just hurts, poor hubby...  I feel like I complain all the time right now.   I hope you are all doing well, and those of you with your new little ones are enjoying your time.  Good luck to everyone.

Went to the doctor this past Thursday and Im at 1.5 cm and 75% effaced. I am excited and nervous at the same time because my other girls have so much going on schedule wise right now with the Holidays...chorus concerts, recitals, etc...not to mention I am no where near done Christmas shopping...but If I haven't gone into labor on my own, we are scheduled to deliver Monday after next...Dec. 13th. Been reading all your posts, hope you are feeling better today fashion, sounds like you had a rotten day last time you posted you poor girl!! Thinking of you!!

Luvmylittlemen, sounds like you are over it too lol, I can SOOOO relate girls!!! I am getting the constant contractions starting for a few hours then stopping again, EVERY night for past week I tell hubby I think its tonite, then everything stops again!! I am SOOOO sick of being pregnant I feel like punching walls!! LOL. Cant sleep, severe pressure down low, back is killing me, getting really bad nerve cramps down my inner thighs all the time last few days, some bad enough to make me yell and I dont usually even yell in labor!! I rang the maternity ward last nite because contractions were getting quite severe, asked if I could come in and get checked see whats happening, stupid grumpy midwife told me "youre either in labor or your not so no use me looking, have a bath and go to bed and come in later when it gets too bad to handle". Thanks SOOO much!!! Then of course, soon as I had a bath and went to bed..........it stopped again This happened with my last bub too, but we lived in a different town and my doc was sweet, at 39 weeks he told me to come in after I told him it had been going on for days, broke my waters and bam bub was there 4 hours later. Scared that thats going to have to happen again, but I know here they wont even consider doing it till Im past due........10 more days!!! (Oh yeah, apparently I had my dates wrong (I know I didnt) they say Im due 15th not 10th.)  I also cant try sex because last few weeks it hurts like hell, found out at my last appointment that I have heamerroids IN MY VAGINA!! Who knew that could even happen???!!!! Needless to say I was MORTIFIED!! This is DEFINITELY my last baby, even without a daughter!!

ANYWAY thats my rant, thanks for understanding!!! Hope we all have our babies in our arms VERY soon......

 Blondies, sorry you are going thru this all.  It sounds like we are in the same boat, I don't have hemerroids, but I do have vericose veins in my vaginal area, not fun.   I woke up with light pink bleeding this morning, I have never had that at home before.  So I'm sitting now timing contractions.  Of course she will probably come today since my doctor has tickets to the KC Chiefs game today   I know it sounds stupid, but it would make me feel bad that she would have to miss the game.  Hopefully when I post again it will be that I had my little girl.  Good luck everyone.

 Oh Blondies...sounds like you are having a rough time of it.  I'm sorry hun! Definitely hope things move quickly for you soon so that you don't have to go through all this much longer. Sucks the mw you dealt with on the phone wasn't nice either.

As for how I'm doing...I've wonderfully been not feeling great. I now have the cough and viral thing that both of the girls and dh had been fighting. Completely sucks and makes me nervous about going in to labor while sick and bringing home a baby to a sicky house (I know a couple of you others have been dealing with the same thing). I've got my 2 finals this week, one of which is tomorrow, and I am beyond not prepared for either of them . Worried to say the least. I am so ready to be done with my courses for a good while. I am also over being pregnant. 2 nights ago I started dealing with sporadic but very strong/painful contractions. They lasted through the night and throughout the majority of yesterday then today...nothing. Baby is moving very differently today compared to usual, not less, just different. Sex is not a comfortable thing...not horrible but not great...but I figure if dh is needing some attention and it could possibly help ripen things then might as well. Well, back to the grind of studying for finals . Hope all is as well as can be with everyone.

Sorry to hear you are sick Fashion, Im paranoid about that, labor is bad enough without feeling ill before it even starts! Praying it goes away for you really quick. You sound like you are VERY close, if bub comes now will you get a reprieve on your finals? Ask for an extra month or something so you can hopefully get time to prepare a bit more!! You certainly have alot going on, you must be a good organiser to manage it all so well!! I have last years tax to finalise which should obviously have been done about 4 months ago, every day I get up and think "todays the day I will do it...." then I go to bed that nite with it STILL not done!! I just cant seem to fit it in, just keeping up with the housework and caring for the older two kids seems like more than I can handle lately, so hoping I will feel human again quickly after bub comes, my ability to cope with life in general seems to have dissapeared with this baby!!! Sure hope its just the pregnancy and Im not going mad............ And Ive still got NOTHING happening, MW appointment tommorrow, if I get a nice one I think Im just going to BEG her to do a sweep and hopefully it will get moving.

 If little man comes before my finals are done I will definitely be asking for an extension. The good thing for me is that both of my instructors know that I am very pregnant and both know that I am a good student. I literally only have the finals to take as I have already completed every other assignment and large project so the only thing they would have to do is keep the online finals available to me so that I can take them within a given time frame. I'll be taking one final tomorrow so on the chance that baby comes between tomorrow and Thursday I'll only have one final that I'll have to postpone (at least its the one with the female instructor who is really nice). While I would love to meet my ds tonight, I kinda would like to at least get tomorrow's final out of the way so I have one less thing to worry about. Thanks for the compliment on organizing though  I don't really feel like I'm a great organizer. My ob jokes with me and says I'm a can-doer...I put my head down and bowl through whatever I'm given. I don't know how to do anything different than that as that's how I learned how to survive a very traumatic up-bringing. I'll take it...though trust me, you aren't going mad, its just mommy-brain and its given me my lickings as of late.  Hope you have good news tomorrow...I am not expecting much from the ob tomorrow.

Edit: My day went from ok to craptastic. I am literally writing this from my phone as my internet went down completely and I now have no way to access any of my material for tomorrows final let alone know if i'll have internet back to take it. Worse is I dont have my instructor's email address to let him know what's going on and my phone let's me access the course site but wont let me pm him. My dh has been an absolute ass to me and dd2 spent about an hr screaming bloody murder in refusal to go to bed. I literally got to the point that I broke down and cried...and could not manage to stop crying which dh then exploded at me for being emotional and when I asked him to do something simple I was told I don't do anything and as usual he has to do everything which is absolute bull s***. Sorry to vent on you guys...I really just want to curl up and cry again but I have to now try to get something from my textbook in effort to prepare something for my final [:-(]

 How are you doing? Did bub flip or just move into a really awkward position? I can imagine that you must be pretty scared about CS and the possibility of a breech baby. I that he hasn't flipped and you are still ok!! 

My night didn't get any better and today hasn't helped either.  At least I have internet but am beyond anxious about my finals at the moment. Ob didn't do a cervical check today but did push around on my belly and said baby had moved back down and had gotten alot larger than he had expected. I have my next appt scheduled for a week though ob said he really doesn't think I'm going to make it much longer at all and he is just hoping I make it a couple more days and hit 36 wks. He isn't completely sure I'll make it to my next appt (if I do he'll do a cervical check then) but he sounds quite sure I won't make it another week after that. So I'm hoping he's right and I'll have an early Christmas gift. I have had some strong contractions and pains today though...not really frequent but quite uncomfortable. And today I have had so much pressure that it feels like something is stuck in the top of my vagina  sorry if TMI. So we'll see what my little man decides to do.

Just typed a long post addressing everyone individually and it got zapped by the monkeys. Ugh!!! 

So I hope things are improving for you fashionista and that your final is behind you.  You're keeping a lot of balls in the air and I think you're doing amazingly well considering all you're got on your plate.

luvmylittlemen- hope you're holding your little one right now!  Can't wait for the announcement.

Gwynne- I know what you mean about wanting baby here, but feeling overwhelmed with Christmas busyness and schedules.  I need to do the rest of my shopping too!

Doing ok here.  Also SO ready to deliver though!  At my appt Thurs m/w didn't do an internal so I have no idea if I've progressed (but I too feel so much pressure it's like baby's head is in my v-jay!!)  Unfortunately at my appt, my belly measured 5 weeks behind (usually measures 2-3 behind) so m/w is seding me for an u/s to check my fluid levels on Thursday before my next appt. w/ her.  Praying everything is fine!  I also have been having contractions like mad.  Before lunch had them every 4-6 minutes for about 50 mins. then stalled.  Ugh!  Now I'm having more, but not even timing and getting my hopes up. 

Not too much longer ladies........I'm eager to see your updates!  

 Thanks for the encouragement! I did manage to get one of my finals completed. Didn't do as well on half of it as I would have like but didn't do horribly. The essay portion of it I think I nailed and will find out in the next wk or 2. My last final is Thursday if I make it there. Today has been filled with a lot of contractions (more than I've had the past several days) and all of them strong and uncomfortable but I too am not even attempting to time them as I know there isn't enough of a pattern to them to even worry about it right now. Hope all is well...I'm going to go ahead to bed now...sooo tired.

My bub HASNT flipped apparently MW said he may have disengaged a little, but was hopefully a good thing as he may be getting a bit more comfy for birth soon. She is going to do a stretch and sweep for me a 6pm tonite!!!! I know theres no garuntee but REALLY hoping it gets something going.

Saturday was my lucky day.  Kaitlyn Nicole was born at 3:23 pm weighing 8lbs 14 oz and was 21 1/4 inches long.  She is doing really well and we are both home now.  She didn't wait for the doctors game to be over, but my doctor said it was too cold to go anyway.  My doctor was actually at the hospital when we went in at 8:30 because another mother had delivered that morning. Her brothers are so in love with her already, as we all are.  Good luck to you all.
