My husband is deploying out for over a year right before baby# 2 is born....To keep myself from going crazy i want to decorate my little girls rooms really nice and really creative. (doing a lot of sewing and painting myself)
For girl # 1, (18 months now but 22 months when he leaves) i want to do a pet shop theme. I want to make handmade bird mobiles, get lots of stuffed cats and dogs, get her her own cat, put pawprints on the walls, and get a play table and get a ton of littlest pet shop toys on it for her to play with. (she loves animals), get a wooden birdcage andput a stuffed bird in it, etc....some ideas.
For the one due in march, i'm thinking cupcakes! I want to handmake little pillows with sprinkles on them. and get a big fluffy rug. Any other ideas?? Do you think your girls would like these ideas? Do you have any pictures you can share?
