Hi, if a forum leader wants to make this a sticky thread, I am more than happy to offer my services tweaking pictures for users - submit your HPT pic on this thread and I'll see what I can do..
I'm an amateur photographer, well, more a hobby really, but I have great photo manipulation software and can try a number of tricks to see things that you might not have the ability to tweak - such as the sharpness, clarity of pictures..
It's best if you can use a camera of AT LEAST 5mpx (pretty standard on newer models of mobile phones nowadays) but to help get the best picture -
please use the macro function if you are able - it's a little flower that resembles a tulip.
Please don't get tooo close to the HPT - it's better to be farther away and get an in-focus picture than getting too close and it going fuzzy - I can crop and tweak more easily this way as it picks up more detail, try 5cm distance at first and then increase a little at a time until your photographs looks as sharp as you can get it.
please try and take the picture in daylight and against a white background - on a windowsill (not in full sunlight) and on a white sheet of paper.
Please save your HPT to make it easily identifiable to you and your username - it saves me having to rename the files - I know, lazy of me huh?
Last but not least, I can only tweak your photograph to the best of my abilities given the image you take for me to work with.. We might not get that elusive second line but it doesn't mean you aren't pregnant - its not over til AF rears her head.
On the same token, we may very well uncover a second line amongst those pixels and you might NOT be pregnant and it may be a dye run, or the antibody strip - which IS detectable to the naked eye and camera lens under certain conditions.
We may also uncover a second line and it results in a BFP a few days later - in which case I wish you congratulations and uneventful, happy and healthy 9 months
