I take RJ/BP in the morning, the I drink water with lemon. After I take my breakfast and then take my K and FA. Then a snack, then I take my lunch and take the Fish oil with vitamin E. I drink ACV around midday too and usually I try to take it 2 times a day. I also want to add the BSD at night. I plan to take the ACV from now on until I cannot anymore, it is another alkalizer. I think that is it? I feel like I forgot to put something down. I need to add the FUR. And I am not taking the TT because I read that if it does not have sort of something (and it is not sarponins or whatever we are suppoed to check for it is something else) and/or if it is not harvest during a certain time of year, it is basically worthless, waste of money. The gelatin! that is what I was forgeting. I need to add that too.
