Brielle has arrived and we are home and feeling fantastic. first labor where my water didn't break till 30 minutes before she was born. Lovely non medicated hypno birth until.....Learned that having your waters intact can give you a false cevix read..they thought I was 10 and ready to push...instead I was only 6cm ....silly midwives had me pushing for 2 hours even though I wasn't having strong contractions..finally after 2 hours my water broke and they discovered the cervix had re-appeared! After 20 minutes of almost flipping out...3 monster contractions and her head was out....then got to pull her out. She had the cord around her neck and was blue and limp. Within 20 seconds she was making sounds and turning pink...nursing on me 5 minutes later. She is healthy and beautiful!

Enjoy all the pink -2004 -2007 -2009 -8/5/2010 Mia made an early appearance on 8/5/2010 by emergent C-section and has overwhelmed us with her presence. I am in love for a 4th time . Thank you GOD.
