if you live where there is a cold winter... poll

Um, I probably had time to pack it all away. But I didn't do it.

I turned our heat on today too. It went from 85º on Friday to 50º on Saturday. And now my baby has a bad cold. Why can't we have some 60s and 70s?

awe I'm sorry about ur baby but as for weather u can take ours!!! Still having over 100 degree days nights low in the 90's and will be till Christmas where it'll cool off till a balmy 80's Oh and we have a tropical wave/storm heading for us.. booooooooo I'd kill for one day with a temp even in the low 80's!

All our winter stuff is out where we left it. There were even a few days this month were we had to use our winter coats. That being said. DS wore shorts and sandals to school today. We can't put the summer stuff away and the winter stuff is there all year... Our place is cluttered for sure.

 The weather has started to turn here already, A few weeks ago, Beginning of September i was walking to work in 20oC at 6am and now it 2oC.. Brrr chillyy... Ive just brought all my jumpers down from the loft and washed them.. If i had children i think it might be a differnent story weather i had the time or not.

20 is 65f?  Right now it is 7 am and the temp is 28F

 My heat is on and I am freezing. I wish I lived somewhere warm. I pack everything away (usually just to the back of the closet). In the fall I take it all out and double check to see if things fit. I'm late getting organized this year. I bought dd's snowsuit already from a friend but I still need to get her boots. I'm pretty sure all the boys need new boots.  Lucky I can usually pass coats down.  I hate winter!

Well we still don't have our heat on here....BUT...fall IS here now!  Morning are starting out in the 50's ad daily temps are supposed to ave. early 60's this week. Now - that is a bearable temp, for sure, but I know it will be very short lived.  Boooo!!

Eden - where are you in Canada?  I don't like extreme.  Too cold or too hot...so there are periods of Jan-Mar and then July/Aug that I find unbearable.   I notice a lot of your posts talk about how you hate the cold.  :(    You def weren't made for Canadian climate u poor girl!  I've decided you were born a trans-climate.  hee hee Warm weathered girl born into the wrong climate!!  Hope you can get away over the winter months for some warm fun in the sun!

It's all still out and kicking around, but im thinking of packing up the Summer stuff today. Winter was really short last year, makes me think were in for a doozy this year!

 brrrr.. Its getting colder here and fast.. It was -3oC (26.6 F)  the other morning, We had to scrap the ice from the window. 

 I am from Alaska and now live in Delaware and the winter in Delaware was much harsher than AK!

We have our heat on now we have to, lows in the mid-30's and highs in the 50's now.

 Everything is in the hall closet.... just waiting... we almost always get snow by Halloween, so we should need that stuff soon!

 Coats, snowpants, gloves and hats are all in our entry way where we left them.  I did manage to put all the boots in the basement.
