Some of you expressed interest in knowing how the scan went... unfortunately the tech didn't want to say for sure (hence no pics yet) but I'm sure she really thinks it is a boy as she kept saying "he". I also saw what I thought was a little turtle. I was so devastated! Then I felt guilty for feeling devastated. I go back on Friday for another scan to be sure. I'm holding out a little tiny bit of hope, but already thinking about possible boy names.

Well good luck, I will pray some pink dust blows your way!! I go Friday to find out my babies gender as well....be sure to keep us all posted!!
thanks, threewillys... I feel bad about being upset, I really should be happy just to be able to have another child. I'm sure I will get over it though.

Stargzr - i'm feeling the same way. I had my my scan yesterday and chose not to find out to protect myself and then I was going to analyse it for myself and come to my own conclusions...well I think I saw turtle too and I am upset...mostly I'm feeling bad for feeling this way. There are women who can't even have babies....Let's hope we get through this quickly! All the best for Friday....

at my scan the same she kept referring to as "him " and she is all girl , Keep the hopes up and let us know Friday. Hugs to you I know is hard I have been there too...

Really hope your hear today. Your nub pic did look very girlie. Don't worry about being disappointed for a while if it does turn out to be a boy - I think most women if they're honest have a preference, and it's natural to feel a little disappointed if that's not what you get. Good luck xxx
