Did anyone felt the same taking girl supps/ ttc girl in march

I did all the same with a 3 day cutoff ttc a girl.  It was a bit painful to bd I was so dry.  Just found out I'm pg with a boy after all that anyway.

Maybe falugurl will help you out.  I gave her my O date after the fact and she said boy.  I was so hoping she was wrong but she wasn't.

thanks for letting me know... i do have flaguris dates, they somehow just didn't seem to match my o dates. well, but now i have to rethink anyway, since the supps made me o on cd 12 instead of cd 17/18 in march... so we couldn't try anymore anyway. we'll see in april! hope the dates will match with my o.... the fact that my dh travels quite often for work doesn't really make it easier...

I sent an e-mail to flagurl yesterday in the morning, and she replied me in the evening. here is the girl boy dates she gave me for April. I supposed they are for every  one, your ovulation dates just match with any given dates for a boy.

Here is the breakdown for April.

April (2006)
1st-14th  boy
April 15th-  boy
April 16- boy
April 21-girl
April 22-girl
April 23 neutral leans towards girl
April 24 neutral leans towards girl
April 25 neutral leans towards girl
April 26- girl
April 27-girl
April 28-girl
April 29-girl
April 30- girl

I personally don't believe on such things, but there is no harm in trying in April. My ovulation will be April 5 or 6.

Hi there.  I wanted to let you know what I've been doing.  I would like a girl, but would be happy just getting knocked up at this point. 

I started the following supplements this cycle, on CD8, just like you.
Evening primrose oil - 1000 mg
Vitex - 400 mg
PABA - 500 mg
Cranberry - 2500 mg
Cal/Mag - 1000/500 mg

I'm also drinking 100 oz of water a day.  I know that some ppl will tell you not to drink water and that the EPO will favor a boy, but I'm of the (humble) opinion that you gotta have some lubrication down there if you want to concieve (and have any fun doing it--LOL).  I am checking my PH and am at a solid 4.5 right now, thanks to the cranberry and Cal/Mag, no doubt.  I'm also eating plenty of dairy, have cut down to one 3 oz serving of meat a day and am trying to avoid sodium.  I have not had any problems with dryness, in fact, am having EWCM right now and I believe I'm not due to ovulate for another 5 days.

I'm not doing any kind of BD timing, because frankly, we haven't even gotten pregnant hitting the mark right on for the last five months.   I'd love a daughter, but the more research I do, the more I think it's truly the luck of the draw.  But I figure diet changes and supplements won't hurt, so we'll give them a try.

I had an update.  I had to stop taking all my herbal supplements today because I broke out in hives last night.  I'm thinking it's the vitex or the PABA.  I may have ovulated yesterday as well, so it's okay, I guess.  I looked it up online and in one study, 12 of 87 people had an allergic reaction to Vitex, which is what I think happened to me.
