Hi - I went today to get the things I need to make the vinegar mixture - the only liquid calcium I could find (I'm in the UK) is in gel capsules with Vit D added. I could get the liquid out of the capsules to add, but will the Vit D be a problem do you think? Or am I better leaving out the calcium altogether or using something else (I don't have time for the dill)?
Just to double check - my distilled vinegar is 5% acidity - i need to boil off 5% of it, then add the calcium, then add how much distilled water? And do I add the water right before using or do I do that in advance? Sorry for all the questions and if you have already answered them!
