Glad you found some great invites. Even tho I have three girls, they still have boys at their parties so I buy boy and girl stuff. Lots of fun, have to say I like the pirates for boys and Tinkerbell for girls at the moment. Also dinosaurs are a hit with the boys I have noticed.

That's awesome you get both boy and girl stuff. My DS1 (3.5 years old) has both boy and girl friends so I try to do stuff that both will like- this year I think I'm gonna do a zoo party since his BD is in the summer.
I LOVE pirates! Gymboree has a new "pirates" line of clothes that are super cute. And I really love fairies for girls (just bought my niece adorable Carters PJ's with fairies on them for her BD coming up), I love "magical" stuff, so wizards and fairies and pirates and elves are really cool to me! :)
