I would like to have the accountablility with you ladies. I am not interested in any prizes, I just want to tone up, and imporve my cardiovascular fitness and perhaps do a 5K this summer. I haven't run in 7+ years. I would also like to trim a few inches off my thighs and waist and lose about 7-10 lbs.
I have been doing the J. Michaels 30 day shred since last week. I do level 1 every other day and alternate with a Denise Austin workout. My eating habits are poor though. I sometimes skip breakfast, swap a soda for water .....I so need help as I am Bf ing. I will post pics when I find out where.
I have also been taking measurements just today-but that is b/c I plan to make some capris and pants for myself!
