BBT confusion??

So last two days I had low temps. On CD 12 I woke up at 2:30am and decided to take temp. It was really low, 96.9. Then at 6:30am I take temp again and it is 97.7. I freaked out and made DH do it this am hoping I wasn't too late. I'm wondering if I Oed yet or was my temp messed up b/c I was up at 2:30am (but didn't get out of bed) I'm only on CD 12 and that is early for me to O. I'm usually a CD 14 or later girl.

 You would go by the temp at the time you usually take it.  

 yep, taking it again that day wouldn't mean anything.  temping can be confusing though!
