What do you do for a migraine?

 Im thinking of calling the doctor..he's not in  this early.  I have a migraine since last night..was up through the night and still have it this morning. I ate yesterday morning and thats it since now, so I know thats not helping.  I just made toast.  I have no appetite.  The pain is so intense..its crippling.  I know if I go in theres not much doctor is going to do.. so maybe he'll tell me Tylenol??   I actually have tears right now..thats how bad it is..  

I am sorry you are feeling like this.  I have always found that resting with my eyes closed in a quiet and dark room helps.  Also LOTS of water.  I agree you should contact your doctor as it has been so long.  Best wishes and I hope you feel better soon..

 Thanks..Im nervous too b/c its lasting too long.  Im going to call dr. at 9:30.
