Hi....I know the frustration that you feel. I had 23 eggs retrieved, 16 were mature, 9 fertilized, 7 made it to PGD, 2 did not further develop after the PGD, so I had 5. Out of the 5, 4 were considred abnormal (2 because they did not have an X or Y chromosome and the other 2 for another abnormality and they were female embryos) My eggs were also fertilized by ICSI and I had done MS for a girl (my husband had a 92% sorting which is great). I had 1 embryo left and it did not come with a PGD result because the nucleus could not be found when they did the PGD, they told me that could have been because the cell was dividing or because the cells were washed during the process, but the embryo was completely perfect looking embryo at day 5. I had an 8 panel PGD, from what I have understood up to now that after 5 panel PGD process, the cells gets washed ( I am not familiar with the terminology but thats how they explained it to me), so maybe thats why the nucleus was not found. I transferred that 1 healthy embryo and I hope it is my little that I am so much waiting for. I wish you nothing but luck, don't lose hope or faith, I hope your pregnancy continues to be healthy. Lots of luck and love.. :)
