Please share your boy diet 1 day menu...pretty please

I'm planning out this boy diet stuff (strict) and I need to have an idea as to how you ladies eat this diet. Can someone please give me an idea as to what your intake looks like (including BSD/COT)? You don't have to put down specifics (like amounts and stuff)...I just need a rough idea of what a regular boy diet looks like for one day so I can go from there. Thaks! .

i do
Breakfast: about 1 cup of breakfast potatoes (made with sea salt and rosemary garlic) with ketchup, 2 slices bacon, and 16 oz V8 Fusion
Snack: banana or dried appricots
Lunch: canned soup (beef vegetable or beef raviolis), 16 oz of Applejuice
Snack: 16 oz of V8
Dinner: pork with white rice and salad (tomatos, baby carrots, iceberg lettuce) or ramen noodles with green tea (stopping green tea though bc it is drying up ewcm)
i don't do BSD or COT if I have meet the salt and potassium goals
I do do ACV once or twice a day

I hope everyone contributes to this. Here goes...
B: rice crispies with non dairy creamer & bananas + 10 oz juice (pineapple, orange or apple), or somedays I have toast & bacon. alwasy take RJ/BP an hour before breakfast and FUR, fertilecm & gelatin drink after breakfast
L: BLT sandwich w/potatoe chips or lettuce salad with tomatoe, carrots, vinegrette & ham. sometimes spaghettie with tomatoe sauce Gelatin Drink & fertilecm w/juice
miday : ASG (instead of BS/COT)
late day Snack: low sodium V8 w/ASV & Beef Jerky, gelatin drink
D: potatoes of some form, bacon or jerky, lettuce salad. or sometimes canned soup and lettuce salad with avacodo. Gelatin Drink again. After dinner I take all my other supps.a couple hours later I take RJ/BJ.
Before bed I take ASG one more time (3 tablets total per day)
Snacks: lots of potato chips, salsa, baby carrots, bananas, apples, McD's fries. before bed I often have a bowl of rice cripsies or a piece of toast with margarine & apricot perserves(all natural)
My biggest issue with eating off the top three tiers is not getting enough calcium. So I buy the apple juice with 8% calcium and the bread with 4% calcium. That is the only calcium I get other than the trivial amount in carrots and lettuce.

punkin- I should probably know what all of these abbreviations mean, but I'm clueless. What is RJ/BP/FUR and ASG and ASV and RJ/BJ?

it's OK, RJ/BP is royal jelly bee pollen and it's suppose to be taken seperately from meals.
ASG is Alka Seltzer Gold and it replaces Baking soda & Cream of Tarter Drinks and it has to be taken seperately from Folic Acid.
FUR is false unicorn root and it can be taken anytime 2 or 3 times per day.
It is a juggling act to get in all the supps and drink and space them properly especially since I'm away from home 8 hours a day.

wishing4aSon- We are both in the same boat since I'm also trying in January, I have so many quetitons about doing the boy diet that I'm glad you asked! Do you know yet exactly which day you are having your first try on, or is your countdown ticker just a guess?
I've only been doing the diet for a week and have just been trying to make do with the foods we have, and have been slowly buying more. I just bought my supplements yesterday and haven't started anything yet besides Folic Acid (need to get on that). This is what I've been doing so far...
Breakfast- I've been having either Corn Flakes or Rice Krispies with Non-dairy creamer and a banana. Also I was doing 2 cups of V8 splash until I ran out and haven't bought more. So now I've been doing Apple Juice since it's all we have. Sometimes I have toast, need to get some of that natural jelly so I'm not cheating anymore with the sugary stuff. On Sunday I had hashbrowns. And one other day I had egg whites.
Lunch- Somedays I've had a hot dog. Other days I've had noodles with spaghetti sauce. I had beef stew with crackers today. Ramen noodles one day. Also normally with lunch I have True Lemon drink.
Snacks- I like to have canned peaches or pears. Also popcorn. I tried making Knox Blox (gelatin squares) out of just apple juice, they didn't have much flavor though. I'm going to try to not dillute the juice as much next time.
Dinner- Been having lots of french fries/tator tots. We've had ground beef a few nights. The other night we had BLT's. Last night we had chicken noodle soup. Once I made sloppy joes.
I finally got to the store and was able to buy celery, baby carrots, and iceburg lettuce so I can feel like I'm eating a little bit healthy. I need to start having more tomatoes, but normally I only eat them in spaghetti or on sandwiches. I also need to start recording my mineral intake too. This isn't super hard, but also not a lot of fun. LOL! I should probably start trying some more recipes out of the cook book, I just don't take time to cook a lot from scratch.

This really gives me an idea of what I need to do (spacing food out) since I do not care for the boy diet at all....especially those darn potatoes and bananas....crazy, I know! MoaningMyrtle: I'm not 100% sure what day exactly I am going to have my 1st attempt. I've been tracking O day for the past 4 cycles and my cycles have not been 100% predicable in advanced. For example, on one cycle I O'ed on CD18, then CD14, then CD17 and so forth (yup, I'm all over the place, lol!). I do "think" that I should be O'ing around the 2nd week, going into the 3rd week of January. I have roughly about 8 weeks to go. My ticker has it down earlier because I think I put down January 1st (since I have no idea exactly when I will O). Do you know when you are going to attempt in January? Wishing you, Punkin and all of the BC ladies lots of !!!

I need help with scheduling when to take my supplements. I forgot we were suppose to space some of them out. I'm not planning on taking the RJ/BP or FUR. I haven't decided between ASG or BS/COT drinks although I think BS/COT is nasty and made me dizzy when I was taking it 2 years ago. I'm not doing gelatin drinks, but am making them into squares to be eaten. Right now I have been taking Folic Acid 800 mg at night only, does this need to be spaced out? I just barely bought and/or need to start taking Vitamin E, EPO, Flaxseed Oil, Fish Oil, zinc, L-Arginine, potassium, B-6, B-12, and guaifenesen. So can all of these be taken all at the same time, or do some need to be spaced throughout the day? Are there any supplements I don't have that I need to take? Or is everything else optional?

No stinking idea. LOL! I had a little bit of a birth control pill/cycle mixup problem last month, so I'm still taking them until this Saturday then will be off for good. Hopefully it will be long enough to get them out of my system. Meanwhile I have no idea when my next AF or ovulation will be. I was trying to line it up with the full moon between January 8-14th, because I only want an October or November baby and before January 8th would be due in September. But now that my cycle is all messed up I've decided I'm not going to pay too much attention to the moon since it didn't affect my conceiving girls before. So I could end up trying my first time anywhere between January 8th and February 4th. But I'll hopefully have a better idea in the next week or 2 when it will be.

I know what you mena about the full moon. As for me, I tool Soy this cycle (CD3-7) and it did nothing other than give me "mentrual like" cramping the night before I O'ed. I plan on taking again for December but rather on CD1-5 and see if that helps me O earlier so I can be in the full moon club too, lol! If not...oh well . Wishing you the best for your cycles and regularity...God know we all need that

Looking at these diets, I have a good guess as to why I have these wonderful boys ... cereal, potatoes, bananas, and SALT! All my favs! Good luck on your sways!

Hi Gryphon...I'm there with you (opposite obviously  ). I am a dairy gal...I think I was once a cow in my past life, lol!!! Not because of size of course  ....but because i LOVE dairy! Wiat a second, cows don't drink milk? Oh yes they do....when they are babies only huh? I guess I should say I was once a baby calf then...  !

I'm a big cheese eater, but that's about it ... and I prefer it on a pizza! I can't drink a glass of milk without some chocolate or coffee in it!
