This may sound so silly and I cant believe it didnt **click** before!. Just before my first cycle we bought our first home and we COMPLETELY FORGOT to apply for the first home owners grant!!. Surprise So that means another $14,000 for us!!!!. I can not explain how excited I am. Now to work out how to apply for it....
