irregular cycles.

I have always had irregular cycles. I have bben ttc for 6 months and had some cycles were i havent ovulated at all. This cycle had a period and then 5 days later started again. I am confused and wonder if any of you have had bleeding between periods. when your cycle is irregular is seems as though you wait an eternity to ttc each month and then to have bleeding between periods so strage. It is like another period, not just spotting. Thankyou:)

 Have you seen a doctor?  Have you tried anything to regulate your cycle?

I have not seen a doctor yet. I purchased vitex but been a little concerned that it may really screw up my cycle. I was wondering if its possible to get a negative on a pregnancy test but actually be having a chemical preg.
