TBM ladies...can you help?

I'm anxious that the sperm might be damaged when mixing it with the lime.  Do you have to swirl it together slowly or is there a better method?  Then when using the syringe is it just a case of being slow and careful when sucking it up and releasing it into the vj?  I'm in two minds whether to use a syringe or diva cup!

After inserting the splime, are you propping hips and keeping it in there for the 4 hours then inserting lime tampon or are you giving the girl sperm time to wake up and then doing jump and dump?

I don't know if there is a better mixing method but I just swirled the cup slowly.

I did use the syringe and was slow and careful.

I lay down with hips propped up for 30 mins then did a second vinager douche.
