We had our level II this morning, and everything looked great. The echogenic focus has faded and can't even be considered a marker at this point because it's not as bright as bone. The fact that it has faded is really positive. There were no other markers for chromosomal abnormalities, so pair that with my results from the triple screen and my odds have changed from 1:6000 to 1:3000 - still very, very low. I feel like I can breathe a sigh of relief! Baby was measuring large, about 10 days or so, which I was also told indicates a healthy baby. While there is always some risk, overall the perinatologist believed that we could expect a healthy baby come March. I plan shoving my anxieties aside and enjoying the rest of this pregnancy now!
