Tamara please help are the sperm dead after adding lime? a few questions

1. Added lime juice to dh sample ph initially 7.5 lowered it to 4.5 with 10 drops of lime, looked under the microscope and nothing was moving atall are they all dead?

2. What ph should I lower it to ideally?

3. Is lime juice ok or is fresh lime better?

4. Do i put this sample straight in the moon cup or does it need warming atall?

5. Does the lime have to be warmed before adding to the sperm sample?

nope!  dead sperm are black

lime should be warmed before using

yes

*sperm that dont move are frozen, they are suppose to do this
