fertilecm -- opposite effect?

Has anyone had fertilecm give them worse quality cm?  Every month for 2 days leading up to ovulation I have great, strechy egg white cm.  This time it was creamy, lots of it, but never egg white or very strechy.  I was wetter then usual down there but no great quality eggwhite cm for the first time..ever.  And my ovulation was a day later.  I am not taking any estrogen type sups though I did drink grapefruit juice the first week of my cycle.  Should I not take fertilecm?  Anyone else have this happen?

it was the greapefruit juice.  that is strong nasty stuff

Thanks Tamara.  I stopped drinking it and will spill the rest out!  But if I already had good eggwhite cm before I started taking fertilecm, should I take fertilecm anyways?

hmmm, fertilecm also raises testosterone levels.  but ewcm is very important.  maybe stop it along with the grape fruit juice and see what happens? 

So then here is the question -- if I do an IUI, which is more important -- the higher testosterone or the ewcm.  Mucinex and then fertilecm both messed with the quality of my ewcm and I never got the high ph at ovulation that I do on my own (usualkly get up to a 7 w/out supplements, just from my ewcm).  DH is taking testorterone boosting supps and is at least adding boy friendly foods to his diet.  Just about everything I can have him on! 

you can not do anything with hormones when you do an iui

I just want to make sure I understand your last comment -- does that mean no supplements when you do an IUI? I thought you still want high ph, testosterone, estrogen etc -- all 7 sway factors to help modified swim up & iui work better. Or do you just want high PH and not worry about hormones?  thanks again!

no i mean you cant use supplements that effect hormones with doing iui because it will interfere with the drugs your doc gives you for iui

He isn't giving me any medicines as of now since I am very regular and it is just for sorting...

Hi -- me again...ok, so IUI with no medicines.  Would you recommend a) taking fertilecm to increase testestostorne even if it decreases fertile quality of cm or b)skip fertilecm so that I have good quality cm for IUI?

I would think that since IUI skips over the CM part and deposits right where it needs to be that having higher testostorne is more important so I should take fertilecm? 

well there is a supplment in fertile-cm (sorry I cant remember the name right now) that is just for the testosterone that you can buy by itself instead
