Diva Cup Users- Trouble Removing???

I'm sorry for double posting, I'm just really concerned/confused. I used the Diva Cup last night during an attempt and I kept it in overnight (package says its fine to do). This morning, it was so high up that I could barely reach the tip to get it out. Finally I did after three fingers and lots of digging (and praying!, sorry TMI!). I probably inserted it wrong but i didn't think that was a big deal since I didn't need it to catch a period leak. Has anyone else had this problem? Could it have caused harm inside me?

Also, can someone remind me what the benefit of the Diva Cup is? (I should probably know this but I'm second guessing myself now!)

Well, the benefit of the diva cup is that forces the swimmers to climb up the sides to get into the cervix (to sway girl). It also holds the sample in so nothing leaks out. The instead cup holds the sample right against the cervix for it to sway boy.

I have had the issue of it sliding up overnight. I have to use my 'muscles' to squeeze it back down in order to get ahold of it. It has never damaged me and I've been using it for several months now.

you can not damage yourself with it.  you did fine
