OK first of all what I did, is ditch the pacifier because it was more trouble that it was worth! Are you nursing at all? Can she suck on your boob while you sleep? I don't mean to push that, but the thing is, it really works for us sleep-deprived moms!
Is your husband helping you?
The other I do is go to bed really early, then it doesn't HURT quite as bad getting up at 4:30-5:30. I have done this with all 4 of my children for yeeeaaarrss now, and trust me, I do complain to my husband if he is not pulling his weight, which is tricky especially if you are a FT nurser. And I always mourn the days where I could do what I wanted, when I wanted, but these babies have different ideas.
The other thing is: this WILL get better. This is temporary, a blip. Mine is now 6 months old and it is alot, alot better than those first months. He went to sleep tonight at 8:00, will probably wake about 11, 2, and 4. But, he sleeps more solidly and is more easily soothed than when he was new.
One more tip--a newborn swing is very helpful; there are ones that swing from side to side that work wonders.
I feel badly that you are so tired! But it will get better, I promise.
