I was hoping for a little help with my readings since this is my first month using the monitor.  I'm a little confused since it looks like I've had multiple cue peaks... not sure which one to go with.  Am I right in assuming I O'd on cd14?

Hello and welcome!!!  Yes you definitely O'ed on CD13 or 14, it is hard to tell whether you O on the low or the high until you really really know your cycle or you take your temp to confirm which day.  Most people O on the night of the vaginal low and the vaginal rise confirms that you did in fact O.  You had an awesome vaginal reading pattern and it was so easy to understand.  Don't worry about multiple Cue Peaks.  I have a feeling you are a pretty regular girl (cycle wise) and once you get that first Cue Peak you just need to watch for your vaginal low reading.  After that the Cue Peaks don't really matter to much unless you have long cycles.

Do you typically have normal cycles that are about 28 days each month?

That's a good question... wish I knew the answer. Happy  I was on BCP for almost 12 years and this is my second month off.  My first cycle was 35 days but I know that really doesn't mean much.

Thank you so much for your quick response.  This board has been such a huge help to me.  It's extremely difficult to find information on the Ovacue.  The user manual is horrible!

Hey there!  Sorry I am just getting back to you now.  How has everything been going?  Did your vaginal readings stay up?  It seems like you are going to be back on track this month with a regular/shorter cycle.

I went out of town this weekend and didn't bring my monitor (foolish) but when I tested last night my reading was 136 (cd20).  Do you think it's possible I'll continue to have a 35 day cycle and will O within the next couple of days or should I still assume I O'd last week and not pay much attention to these readings.  Thanks for your help!

I would have sex again just in case that was your low reading and you are O'ing now.  Without knowing exactly what your cycle length will be this could be another vaginal low reading.  It won't hurt to try again so that is what I would do.

So I started taking my reading twice day (not sure if it was necessary) and they have stayed pretty low.  Any thoughts?

Oh if they have stayed low it is probably just the weird readings after O.  For some reason readings never seem to make sense after you unless it is the few days after.  My readings were all over the place in the 2ww.  I really think you already O'ed but I would still BD every other day until you get AF so that way you never miss anything.
