Spoting in between the periods

Hi girls

I was preg & lost the baby in the mid Aug,I am back on TTC BoY.

My first period after the loss which came last week of Sep was normal with i O on the 16th day.

My second Af came in last week of OCt , now i am on  CD14 & since yesterday i am spotting .started with brown to bright red this morning,& changing to brown now.
its not heavy doesn't even need any pad, just i see that when i wipe, i might O on Friday.
I am not sure why is ths happeneing? IS the suppliments i am on might be causing this
I am taking Zinc,alpha,fishoil,folic acid that it.
Did anybody had any such experience

i had that this cycle as well.  I believe it's called ovulation spotting--a good sign of fertility.  you can look it up to see.  it usually happens right before or during ovulation.

Thanks for this info,  i did look online & got information, I did speak to my Ob/GY too, he never mentioned anything about 'Ovalution Spotting' he is dumb

I was getting the same thing when i was taking the Fertile-CM.  so it is a good thing....huh.  who knew
