17 week u/s, can you tell if the baby is a girl or boy?

 A girl on my due date board was given this shot and told one gender but not any good shots of it, she is driving herself nuts thinking that the baby is the oposite of what she was told. Please help!

Took me awhile to figure it out too! The thing that throws me is the girlie lines are off center and look odd.

Yes, I see it clearly..........I remember reading that faces in ultrasound shots (which come up quite frequently) are the unborn babies guides making an early connection with the babies before they are born.
