Is there any word yet about when Microsort is expected to be approved (or a decision made) by the FDA? The GIVF website mentions the end of the year, but it's been saying that for a long time, and there have been no updates...

I don't have my notes in front of me, but I am about 95% sure that I was told by GIVF last week that they had received a 6 month extension last month.

6 months from last month, or six months from the end of November (when I thought it was set to "expire")????

Patience is a Virtue. Repeat 10 times.:
6 months from last month, or six months from the end of November (when I thought it was set to "expire")????

6 months from 2006...then 2007....then 2008...then 2009...now 2010....

Its always another 6 months, 6 months, 6 months, 6 months.... frankly the tune is getting old Doh!

I'm sure now that Microsort has extended its exclusive license, the trial will go on indefinitely until those extensions "expire"....YAWN! Disagree

There is no new news. It is a long and difficult process. I would be surprised if we has FDA approval by the end of the year. Q1 or Q2 2010 is more realistic at this poiint.
