Remember how your 1st attempt cycle was crazy.  I feel like mine was too.  

Funny you say that, It really is deja vu! 

I know it's weird.  And being the1st cycle I think I was so optimistic so I think it's a even bigger let down to get that BFN...no more of those for us Dear.  I mean it!!!  We are done with BFN starting with you! 

ITA Punkin. No pressure or anything BB.... Sorry AF showed her ugly face today Punkin but I will be right behind you. Stopping Progesterone today and I'm sure she will be here soon. So we will be cycle buddies this time. I agree with everyone else.....try Natural!!!

Yes Dh and me took a cold shower 1 hr before  attempt.....I feel shivers even remembering it.....

Sush you are a wild women no way am I taking a cold shower in November.  It gives me chills just thinking of it.

Hey Thanks Groovy. I need all the help I can get in the ions dept. I am swaying as hard core as I can, but I'm not sure I can skip a shower 2 days in a row. It depends if I have to leave the house or not.   The other thing that makes me cringe is thinking of a cold bath to raise ph ...Yikes.    

Yeah my attempt was on friday morning so I took cold shower that morning and then sunday evening :). Cold shower is no fun, but I didn't go straight in cold water, I had it lukewarm and then showly turned it colder.

Me and DH took a COLD shower in Jan ..It was so cold..omg !!!

I would do a natural attempt, but I did all natural attempts. There just weren't enough examples of TBM to make me feel confident that it was better. Plus, I'm not somone who can insert an IC and then just go on to give myself 10 Os in a row or whatever, it's one and done for me, so I'd rather get the, uh, momentum that comes with DTD.
