Luv- OK, just saw your post. If PH is low, why take out the cap and douche? DOn't mess with it too much. My calendar say monday was the new moon and next tuesday is first qtr, so yes we are in new moon.

 Personally, I am VERY MUCH in NEW MOON because the movie starts tomorrow and I'm going to see it with hubby. I am a total twilight fan. Anyone else?

Rachel- if you need a distraction between now and the ultrasound I strongly recommend reading Twilight. It helped me thru some very difficult times. Great escape from reality. Really.

I would love to see New Moon but I am afraid of the crowds! It is going to be INSANE!!!! Too many crazy teenagers.

So I will wait a couple weeks maybe....

 Luv- First thing every morning, before you even get out of bed (at the same time every morning) take your temp. Write it down...that is all you have to do.

Hi gard....didnt understand your last post, but cm is non (other than after bigO...sorry tmi) but my cervix is high already and soft!!!  I am just going to go with it...make an attempt, start temping tomorrow and see what happens.  Then maybe...if this is a fake surge do it again in a few days!!  My lmp was Nov 8th, then Oct 6, then sept. 11 and Aug 12!  So, my cycle is weird for me right now!!!

 Luv- I believe Nicole is asking you why are your going to take out the Diva and douche? She thinks your ph is too low for that and you shoudn't mess with it. I agree. I would not take out the Diva and douche. 

rachel- oh gosh too funny. Well, I've read them all three times, finally got it out of my system. It was really perfect for me when I was really depressed, I just pretended the world didn't exist and I pretended DH was Edward, and that's how we got pregnant. I am so worried about the crowds because DH hates them. I warned him about going with me, but he wants to go so I asked him to be a trooper and do it. I just can't wait another week for it. He wanted to but I've been waiting over 100 days for this.

Hi ladies...sort didnt go well....turned into a SD (the top had all the XX, and the had a lot of straight shooters) so I inserted that.  PH is in the mid 4's and has stayed there.  Been checking my ph....no douche needed.  I have checked my vj ONLY and not the diva cup because the diva cup had the straight SU sort, so I knew it would be high.  My dh's ph was 7.1!!  My ph has stayed in the 4's now.  IDK girls...dont feel good about this.  I know it only takes one, but the sort was small being as it was SD.  OH well, better than nothing.  I still am not Oing yet so this was my cut-off!!  Going to check my ph allllllllll night and for the next week!!!!  Wish me luck!!

I am sorry that this happened.  But I know where you are coming from.  We are trying to use fructose and the EW sunk within seconds of adding it.  This is too frustrating!!!

I have a q. My temp was pretty low this morning (was slightly colder than normal, not much).  It's my 1st temp only for this cycle but it is an indicator for me as to the range where it will be.  So far, it is starting out as being lower which sways boy.  I will be keeping an eye on it BUT should I attempt a SU even if it's lower than my average? What would you ladies do? Tamara, anyone?

PD, lots of things can affect BBT. I wouldn't change your attempt based on that. I never heard of BBT affecting the sway and with the SU, the temp shouldn't matter even if it did. BBT before O is usually quite variant.

Your temp can vary alot.  Drink lots of peppermint tea I have found that this helps.  I don't think that I would give up the entire attempt because of it....  How do you temp is it vaginal or oral?

Hi ladies...PH was great all night.  In the 4's...but now it is back to 3's!!!  I cannot win here!!!  I am just at a loss of words now!!!  I guess I will go for a 0+12...still have a pos OPK...2 days now!!  My cervix is was high, then low and know climbing back up and softening again!!!  I know I will O Sat.  So, that means my cycle is back to 28 day!!  WTH is going on!!!!!!  I have O pains and am sore, so it has 2 be O.  Maybe I O twice in a cycle now because last month I know I did!!  Now, I need to be careful because I am NOT using lime!!

Oh ya...on another note a friend of mine just found out she is having her 3rd boy after doing a 4 day cut-off which took her 9 months to conceive because of the cut-off.  So, that just goes to show....timing is not everything!!  People swear by the shettles method, but if your ph is not right, then timing means NADA!!

Ladies, I really need your advice.  My OPK is really faint which means by tonight around midnight it will be a full positive.  This is how my cycles goes pretty much every month.  I get my +OPK by midnight and it is still positive in the AM going faint throughout the day.  I usually get EWCM the next day, it goes in and out for the next two days.  I get my temp spike on the following morning at 8 AM I get my temp spike....

 It looks like this:

DAY A - +OPK 11 PM

DAY B - +OPK AM and fading to the evening

DAY C - -OPK

DAY D - TEMP spike when I take my temp at 8 AM

This is what I assume.  Tonight I can do my 2 day cut-off and I O on DAY C but I have yet to pinpoint the exact time. 

Last month I made my attempt on DAY C at around 10 PM I think that I may have missed O+12 that day....

Would it be good if I make my attempt on DAY C in the AM or around lunch and do cut-off tonight around 10 PM just as the OPK is getting darker????

according to that scenario, you would be Oing in the AM on day C, so a pm attempt should have been O+12. I say stick with PM on day C. If you had O'd on day B PM, then temp would have spiked in AM on Day C.

 Do you have O pain at all? When you push on your ovaries, can you feel pain? Other than that watching for the change in CM and CP, but it sounds like you've got the timing right to me for O. (I'm not good with cut offs)
