Bad news...Chloe had to be admitted to the NICU last night because she couldn't maintain her body temperature.  They also said they thought she might have an irregular breathing pattern and wanted to keep an eye on it. All of this is just due to her being a little early and so small. So I'm very grateful that it's nothing too serious for either of them, but it's so depressing and lonely to be in a room without a baby.

Oh no! I am sorry they are both in there now. Like you said, at least it is nothing too serious and it sounds like they are getting really good care. Rest up and get a lot of sleep while you can!!!!

First, congrats on the new baby girls. Again, I love their names and bet they are just beautiful. Second, I am sorry that they are spending some time in the nicu but I am glad it is just minor reasons. I can't wait to see pictures.

Don't worry-they are not that early and are decent sized. They just need a little more watching!!! Just know they are in the best place they can be-NICU nurses are the best!!

I'm sure it's hard, but know they are getting the best care. And try to rest if you can. They are strong little girls and were just a little excited to meet mom :) Bedt wishes and hope you are cuddling them soon!

Ok, so I don't have any great pics yet. Here is one right after they were born. I only got to see them briefly and then they were whisked away, with Alyssa (on the right) heading to the NICU before I got out of recovery.
