If there's any truth to the old wives tale...

that you lose your looks with a girl pregnancy, then I must be having one or two of them !  I don't think I've ever looked so bad!  I'm bloated, my skin is breaking out like crazy, I'm sooo pale and tired looking -- even my hair looks sad!  OMG, I don't think I can handle looking like this till June! lol

I can say from experience with my girl pregnancy I looked like crap for the first 3-4 months. Once I was really showing 5 months and beyond my appearance did get better. ((HUGS))

What a horrible OWT.  I hope it isn't true because I want to have a girl.  You could always go get a cute new haircut to boost your spirits.  That is what I need to do so bad.  My hair is looking blah but I don't think it has anything to do with being PG.

 I don't think so. I've never looked as bad as when I was pregnant with my boys, lol! I actually look so much better this pregnancy than with either of my boys.

This was actually true for me!  My hair was so limp and drab when I was preggo with DD.  I looked awful!

Week 7 hit and everything went downhill!!!  Didn't look bad up to this point.  I think I'd have no problem with this if I were sure it was a girl !  Then again, I'd sacrifice my looks for a boy, too!

I look awful i haven't had this many spots since i was a teenager and they awful even through make up, my hair is lank, lifeless and greasy and i feel ugly!

My hair has been behaving, but my dh said the same thing about my skin the other day - I look pale as a ghost!  Wondering how long it will be before they put me back on iron (have been anemic before).  And I am bloated too.  Especially in the evenings.  DH actually tried to tell me the other night that he thought I was showing...sigh...but it was 100% bloating...
