How soon would you expect a positive after a 5 day transfer??

Hi girls,
I was just wondering when you girls have got a positive after a 5 day transfer?. I had my ER last Monday (19th Oct) and my ET on the 23rd Oct. So would that make me 6 days post transfer today? (29th today). When would you POAS?. I dont want to do it too early. My natural period is due on the 7th-ish of Nov.

P.S ive got sore BB's, sore nipples, crampy, feeling really hot (high temps), hungry, peeing alot...this could all be from the progesterone, so not looking in to it too much. Just keeping fingers crossed!.

From what Ive read, it sounds like some girls start to get BFP's 5-6dpt. Some 7dpt and I think Ive seen one who was later.
Im not sure when you should but I do send the very best of luck!!

Thanks girls. We are heading home to Australia tonight  so i will test over the weekend. The tests here (bangkok) dont seem to be too 'high tech' so I dont really trust them. Will post when I get home
Ps, do you count the day of egg retrieval as day 1 or day 0? because ive seen different things.

Oct. 24th would be considered 1 day post-transfer.
Fyi, I tested at 6dp 5dt and got a bfn. At 8dp 5dt, I got a faint bfp.

I think if you POAS this weekend when you get home you would be in the perfect range to see a BFP....GL!!

I got the cramps at exactly your time. I was scared to test though. Good Luck!

Don't take test til 10 days past transfer you HCG shot can still be in your system which will give you a false positive and that's a sad result speaking from experience

Well, you should have triggered 36 hours before your ER not ET so as long as you wait 10 days past that you should not get a false positive from the trigger. Can't wait to hear your news!!

Good Luck and I hope you get a bfp real soon!!! I agree about the 10 day time frame as good starting point for the less likelihood for getting a false positive! Good Luck!

Ooooh GL wmp. Can't wait to hear. I am excited to hear you are feeling all of those positive symptoms...FWIW with my BFN cycle I didn't feel any preggo symptoms at all and I was doing the progesterone gels as well, so I am hoping that we are going to hear a big BFP from you very soon.

Well we are home safe and sound. Its soooo good to be back. I did a test when I got home that is suppose to be 99% accurate 6 days before your period is due. Unfortunately it was a BFN. Im only 6-7 days post transfer today, so maybe I am expecting too much. My body is telling me that I am pregnant, so maybe I will just wait another few days and test again. My period isnt due until the 7-8th Oct too...so maybe I did test too early.
