3rd Delivery (3rd child) Early or Late (--Poll--)

 I am getting anxious.. pathetic already at 34 wks.

But I had DS1 at 41 wks and was induced.. DS2 right on his due date, thanks to Castor Oil....

So, I'm assuming this one will be the same.. as all 3 pregnancies have been the same, nice and boring.. 

Just wondering those who have 3 kids (or more).. what happened with your 3rd. My midwife says 3rd is the wild car, 2nd is usually earlier than the first and 1st is usually late.

DS1 ws 37 weeks. DS2 was 38 weeks. DS3 was due date! DS1 & 2 have a different daddy though, than DS3. And the sizes were random too...DS1 was 7.8lbs., DS2 was 9.1lbs. & DS3 was 7.13lbs. HTH

DS1 was exactly 39 weeks.  DS2 & DS3 were both born on their EDDs (not induced or CS).  DD was born at exactly 39 weeks too. 

Weird side note - I was born on my EDD too.

I had dd1 at 35weks, my water broke

 ds1 at 19wks cervix dialted and was diagnosed with incompetant cervix

 ds2 at 40 wks and had to be induced. But with this pregnancy I had my cervix stitched closed due to my 19 wk lost because of my incompentant cervix. So there was no way the baby could come until the stitches were removed, unless my water had broken.

 DS1 - 7days late

DS2- 7 days late

DS3- due date!!! and yes his labour was soooooooooooo different to the others, no pain when i called the midwives out, just pressure and i was 8 cm dilated!!!!

 DD3- 1 week late, was induced

#3: 12 days late!

Probably not what you want to hear! All of them came on their own. The third was the shortest labor and easiest delivery.

DS3 ~ 3 days late, spontaneous

DS4 ~ 4 days late, spontanous

DS5 ~ 10 days late, spontanous

DS6 ~ 2 days late, spontanous

My 3rd one was... completely took me by surprise at only 2 days late but then was in labour for 26 hours!!!! He was born in his sac too!!

I voted for somewhere in between the 2, but my 2nd was induced so if I wasn't then she probably would have been the earliest.

My get earlier every time.

First was almost 2 weeks overdue (had to be induced).

Second was right on her due date (water broke).

Third was 3 days early (water broke).

 Dang.. only a few replies I was hoping for... most are what I would expect.  

I better plan on going at least 40wks again... or 41, just so I'm not too disappointed when I blow past 40w without any contractions, LOL

DS1- exactly 39 weeks...doc was going to induce but my water broke that morning just as I got to the hospital for induction

DS2- 39w5d......last minute c-section due to him being breech

Baby#3...no later than 39 weeks....planned c-section
