I have used opks to help me get pregnant before, but I have never been disciplined enough to actually pinpoint O. How do you do it? I want to do O+12, but I don't know how to figure out the time frame. Another question. How long after a + OPK do you ovulate? I know everyone is different, is it after you get a -? or is that too late?
I know there are different methods out there. I need to find one that works for me. HELP!!!
