Here are the required numbers that were emailed to me by a nurse at MS. She said that "normal motility" is 50% or greater.

For MicroSort IUI, 140 million TOTAL sperm (assuming normal motility)

For MicroSort IVF/ICSI 70 million TOTAL sperm (assuming normal motility)

If motility is below normal then reviewed on a case by case basis.
