Ate much less than normal, lost a little weight and muscle mass, tried to hold off on breakfast till 11am when possible. Wasn't expecting to get pregnant because I was out of town away from DH in-between attempts and had done SU through 0 for 5 months prior (LP was 9-10 days until I took Progesterone creme this month.) After being on diet for 6 months, pH stayed consistently low. Felt very low stress and hope this helps!! |

When using the diva cup did you get DH to deposit his sperm into it or did you insert the diva cup after normal bd?

It all sounds good Hopeful! You have done well. If I ever drop SU I will be the one who gets PG on O day after having a bottle of wine and lots of chips

You made me LOL on that one, you're funny ;). Thanks for the encouragement, I needed that!
Chocheaven, the way I used the Diva was after normal BD I then put it in there while I was still laying down, not to lose any of the goods. I added lime to what was in that after 3 hours and doing that ensured that I kept a low pH (4.2) the rest of the day. I waited because both of our pH's were good and I was going to have a long cut-off 3.5-4 days...HTH!
