SHE'S Here...

and SHE'S perfect!!!  My baby girl, little Mattea Elizabeth arrived after 22 hours of labor followed by a c-section at 5:27 a.m. on Friday, January 6th.  She weighed in at 8 lbs. 2 ozs. and 21 inches long!  We are both doing well.  I have to wait a few months for my birth certificate to arrive, but I just wanted you girls to know the happy news!!  I took the test at the end of June, so it  has been a long wait to prove them wrong -- judging my all in inaccuracies coming *true* around this board, I think Acugen must be quite panicked by now!! 

Maureen, please update the chart with my new info.  Congrats to all the girls who have recently had their babies and good luck to all the ones still waiting.  DON'T DOUBT your ultrasounds -- they are more accurate than Acugen and pregancystore would like you to believe!!  I'm off to enjoy my daughter now!

Congrats on your new little girl.  I LOVE HER NAME!  I hope you are doing well!  Thank you for updating us.  Take care of yourself and enjoy every second with your precious daughter.

Congratulations MJ, what wonderful news!  Sorry you had to go through a long labor and wind up with a C-section, though, if you're going to have a CS you should at least get it right off the bat and skip labor, LOL!  Of course none of that matters when you get a beautiful baby girl out of the deal.  Enjoy this precious newborn time.  Post a photo if you can!

Oh my goodness, look at that hair, you'll be able to make pigtails by the time she's 2 weeks old!  (I'm so jealous, I always had bald babies.)  She is such a cutie and look at her grin... I think she is laughing at the silliness of anybody thinking she is not a girl!
