We had our sex ultrasound on Monday. I am 17w4d. At first the baby was so hyper that she couldn't get any measurements. She said she gets tons of hyper babies. She said my baby was the worst she had ever seen. She was getting aggrivated...lol Then the baby finally cooperated and showed up the goods. She froze the image as soon as the baby showed it's bottom since it was moving so much. This is the picture from when she froze it. The ultrasound tech said she isn't comfortable making a prediction yet. She said she saw the "three lines" but she still wasn't comfortable saying it was a girl at all. She also said she didn't see anything that could resemble a penis. She said she would not make a guess either way. I am surprised she wouldn't guess. She is actually known for being willing to make a guess but makes sure you know she is guessing. I was actually stunned she wouldn't guess.
This is my second pregnancy but my daughter was stillborn in January. I was so happy to be pregnant again after losing my daugther at 20 weeks in January. With that pregnancy we didn't know the gender until after I delivered her so I never had the chance to see a boy or girl ultrasound. I never had the chance to buy anything with that pregnancy. We were waiting to find out the sex but that baby never cooperated. Now I want to buy something so bad but I am waiting until the end of the month when we get another shot at finding out the sex.
Anyways, any suggestions? Does anyone think this is a girl? Could it possibly be a boy? I have no idea so I thought I would post it on here and get some help. Thanks.
