a nurse practitioner (cindy) has been doing my ultrasounds.  (actually, my appointments have been in the fullerton office since it's a little closer for me. i think dr. p is only at that location two days out of the week, and neither of them are on my appointment days.  ER and ET will be at the laguna hills office.)  at my 3rd ultrasound, there were 21 follicles.  as for the ER...  well, i'm more worried about the outcome than the procedure itself.   

ing that dr. p will retrieve a lot of eggs...  and ugh, is this day going really slow or what?   i can hardly sit still.

...just a quick check-in today.  i've been lying down since we got home because i felt really light-headed and dizzy after the ER.  only in the last hour was i able to get up and start doing things.  anyway...  got 26 eggs today.  i'm still in shock.   i know not all of them will fertilize, but having more to work with eases my mind a little. lots of and to all of you.

I saw your email.  I'm so excited for you that you are going back.  This HAS to be your turn, it just has to be.  Don't give up.  Gigi is the gem that was missing in our family crown.  She completes us totally.  I have never been happier.  I have truly come to appreciate my boys for the boyness over the past year.  I relish every frog they found in the pool, bug they smashed on my french door windows, ball on the roof, lego stepped on, etc.  And then there is Miss Thing.  The Diva.  She has each and every male in this family doting on her every whim.  Halloween was so much fun.......... buying a girly costume for once!  And Xmas, I'm salivating at Xmas shopping......... and her dress, and our family pictures.........  I keep waiting for the world to go to hell because it can't stay this perfect, can it?  I will be praying for you and thinking of you all week and I'll be coming in to check on your progress here.  I should stay around to encourage everyone anyways now that life is not as hectic since football is over.  Figers and toes crossed for you!

hi, ladies,
well...  i did make it into work. however, i'm going to try to just stay in my office and not see anyone because i still feel achy.  i feel bloated and my belly is huge - but it's all just GAS!!  my back hurts and my ribs hurt, and my insides hurt when i laugh...  please tell me this is normal.

9:28am...  lori just called. out of 26 eggs retrieved, 21 matured, 20 fertilized normally.
