The best thing I can say is buy the book choose the sex of your baby by dr shettles

there are lots of little extras you can do too.  I did abstain and used missionary style.  its all in the book and its very detailed.  I think that it works well, I got the book from a woman i work with who got her girl too.  Its about 8 bucks and its worth its weight in pink!!!!
