HCMK - Yes, I think the recommended is 50mg morn and night. I currently take 30mg just in the morn but I'll be upping that to morn and evening as m/s is getting worse atm. If that doesn't help then I will be increasing to the 50mg dose.

I have my 20 week u/s today, I'm so excited I can't wait till see how the baby has grown. I will post my pics in the March due date buddies forum when I get home this afternoon. Please send me positive thoughts that she is healthy and everything is progressing as normal.

Good morning Ladies! Oh I wish it was Friday already....

It's going to be a long day today! I have my regular 4 girls during the day, plus an extra baby girl... and then the three children that go to school have a half day today and will be here at lunch time... 8 monkeys today by lunchtime... Oh Boy!
