Finally.. 
Had a check @ 2.00am (17th) as have been having contractions since 8.00am on my birthday (16th) and midwife said I am 2cm dilated and very thinned out, she could feel the membranes and she preformed a sweep. Before the check I was only contacting every 10 mins and was surviving with my hot water bottle and some paracetomol. Now she has preformed it and I am back home I am contracting every 5 mins. We are looking to go to the hospital around 6am, (it's 5 now.) Because since the sweep they have become stronger & my hot water bottle isn't helping anymore!!
Will let everyone know how I go, will try and get on here asap when I am back, probably in the next 2 days. So wish me luck!! xx
