FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO KNOW WHAT GENDER IT IS WHAT IS THE HEART RATE OF THE BABY

Ok just wanted to know if you have found out the gender of your baby what is the heart rate if it is a boy and what is the heart rate if it is a girl, are you sick with your pregnancy.

Just very curious to know if high heart rate means girl and low heart rate means boy.

Sorry to say that heart rate does not "play a role in gender".  With my first DS his heart rate was always 140's, Second DS was HIGHER 175's. It just a myth!!!

ITA!  I have had heartrates all over the map with my four boys, and I was sick with all four boys too.

My three sons were in the 140 range and my daughter in the high 160's and although i was sick for all I was FAR FAR sicker for my daughter so in my case it does happen to work!

Me to! My 3 sons were somewhere between 130-150 and my dd's was 160-180! I obviously believe the myth....

Sorry to disappoint, but this theory did not work for me. My DS's heart rate was always 150-160. My friend had a DD and hers was 140-150.

Can't remember my 2 sons and my daughters but this one is a girl and heart rate was152 when last checked. Morning sickness with both my boys but none with my girls

they say this is not true but it was true for me.  HR for my boys was never above 140.  HR for my girl was never below 150...Was never sick but felt 100% worse with my girl pregnancy

I tend to think it's a personal thing...so if it worked for previous pregnancies it likely will for the next one(s) for me I would say if I got pregnant again...(ke let me rephrase that......WHEN I get pergnant again I will likely have a good idea from my morning sickness and from the heart beat as it has worked for all four in the past...but that is just my opinion....it's like the gender charts....it works fro some and others it doesn't.

This baby who is a girl had a super high hb- 170 around 12w

My little bean is definitely all boy, and his heart rate has been all over the board.  Some days it's quite high, and others low... just like us, it depends on what he's doing when they take it (squirming about - higher, and relaxing - lower).  Total old wives tale.

my boys went from 140-148

this is a girl and she was 150-160

 This baby's heartrate is in the 130's sometimes high 120's I am having a boy. My dd's were always in the 160's
