Should I do PIO tonight?

Last night I started to bleed a little bit just before bed (after my beta was 54 at 12dp5dt).  I did the progesterone suppository as usual and the bleeding was gone this morning.  I go back for another beta tomorrow, and I'm wondering if I should do the PIO tonight.  I feel sure that I'm miscarrying, and just want it to start fully so it can end.  Normally, I would just do the one last night of PIO, but I finished off my second bottle of it last night and will have to use a new bottle tonight for what I think is a useless shot.

Once you use the PIO how long is it good for?  I hope to do an FET in 2-3 months, can I still use it then if I use one dose tonight?  I'm leaning towards just skipping it, but wanted you all to weigh in.

i am so sorry you're going through this. i don't know about beta numbers yet but is there any way the RE or IVF nurse can help you decide?

when do you get another beta test- is it soon? do you have suppositories? i hope you're ok. praying for you! Jen

 I would do the shot.  The only reason I say to do it is because you don't know what your beta will be tomorrow.  If it goes down or they suggest that you will miscarry then you can stop the PIO.  I know when I had both of my m/c I wanted to just be done but then there was that little person telling me that what if I stopped and the pregnancy was progessing just fine.  I know PIO is a PITA and it is somewhat expensive but I really think you should just do the shot.  I am not sure how long they would last after it is opened.  You may want to call the drug store you got it from and ask them.

I would definitely still do it!  I was still taking mine until I knew with absolute certainty(after a gazillion ultrasounds) that there was no baby.  I know it's hard but you can't give up yet.
