Has anyone used LilyPadz (http://www.lilypadz.com/)? I'm thinking about trying them this time around instead of disposable nursing pads.

I have a pair. They are great and work great for swimming... but I was always so engorged that they didn't do much good (just fill up) until my milk went down at around 6 months.

I use them and love them!!!!  if I had to pick a "negative" it would be that they can sometimes be tender taking off (if you are already on the tender side)  But I wouldn't trade them in!

I had some and loved them too...  Although if they had a downfall (for me) it was that they made my boobs look a funny shape...  But maybe I was just wearing them under the wrong type of clothes (got them specifically to go under a silk dress!)...
