I don't have an answer for this post, but just wanted to Thank Ya'll for a good laugh!! I have been sick for 3 days with the flu and this is just what I needed!!

Yes! It is his sweaty head that smells. I always worry people will think that I dont bathe him. He's just funky.
I am totally gonna try to use the "testicular perspiration"..... if I can keep a straight face when saying it  !

girl, if it's as hot there as it is here, I don't blame him for stinkin'! My nephew is a sweaty kid-and was a big 'ol chubby, sweaty baby!!

Hahaha!! I was JUST talking to family the other day about how Xander smells like ball sweat!! Glad my baby isn't the only one who stinks!!

You girls are too funny! I'm not even gonna ask how you know what ball sweat smells like!!!
My DD2 sweats a lot... It's annoying and the smell does get a bit funky after awhile. I'm just hoping it stops soon and goes away by itself!

i ws just gonna say how i have no idea what ball sweat smells like and dont want to lol i know peyton was stinky for a while mostly her hair and our ped said it is sctually caused from over washing their hair he said that when u wash their hair it strips oils and makes the hair produce more oils and the more u wash it the more oil it produces we now only wash her hair every other day and for a while her hair looked so oily but now her skin has adjusted and she has the prettiest smelling whispy baby hair ever

Yeah well he smelled awful. As soon as the weather cooled off and he is not sweating all the time the problem is gone. We'll see about next summer hahaha.

My daughter never did but I remember one of my friends having a really smelly baby, was the head, and it smelt like teenage hair not washed for a week or two, realy strong, but I knew she was clean and not the type not to wash her baby girl, but I didnt like holding her for the smell, I would go to the docs

My boy has this smell a bit too sometimes... I kind of like it.  My wee cutie stinky baby

If it is the smell I am thinking of...all my kids got it..probably from spit up maybe in the neck? I always thought they smelled like a bandaid when they got that smell. Luckily a bath clears it up!
