Dietary Changes		Tried to keep to IG but there were times when we had functions and we were eating out. I always chose the most IG friendly options but sodium levels may have been too high. But no biggies - red meat, potatoes, bananas, raw tomatoes. Used equal in peppermint teas and milk and on yoghurt. Tried to eat meals and beverages hot if possible. Skipped breakfast from AF to O and in 2WW.

*Comments?*		This was our first attempt and I can’t believe I got a BFP with this attempt. Would have liked a closer cutoff but it wasn’t to be. At best it is just over 3 days at worst 4 days. Don’t think we could have done any more and the diet was a drastic change for me especially the lack of salt. DH was skeptical and wouldn’t have done anything more.

Thanks Chasing...how did your scan go? I went to Doc's today and it is officially confirmed. I feel very on edge though more so than my previous pregancies...I just want to get to through the first trimester. Am still feeling dizzy every day. How are you going? Feeling any better?
