Regarding genselect kit

Hi all I am new to this forum, I accidently found this site when looking for reviews og Genselect. unfortunately i found this iste after i ordered my kit. I came to know from this site a lot of good and bad reviews of the kit. I already ordered the kit si i dont know how bad or how good it wil be .

My problem is a little different . it is regarding the order of the kit itself. I saw on this site that many people have ordered the same kit. My question is really to them. how well are they in responding to your questions? I ordered from them 10 days back (8 business days) but i did not heard from them back again. i  want to know if they are genuine or they just take money and dont process the order. I checked with my credit card company and saw that the money has been deducted. so i dont know if should report it to my crdit card company or not.

 I sent them emails but no response to that. Is this company really processes order once they receive.

It would be helpful if somebody responds to my question.

I would try to dispute it,

Contact your credit card company and dispute the charges, make sure to tell them you never recieved the product.

The last time I checked they had an F with the Better Business Bureau so I think quite a few people have not been happy with them. I would talk to your credit card company and not even try to deal with them anymore.

I bought the GenSElect kit but was scared to use it after reading all teh bad press....do you think it could help at all or do any bad by taking it in conjunction with everything else?
