*18 wk Ultrasound TODAY!!!!! Will Update Status* Still Boy guesses?

This is my second child (have 1 son) and I went for a routine 12 week checkup. The tech said no way could we tell gender today, but then said, ITS A BOY! I think the 'toilet-shot' looks a little large to be a penis, but what do I know? I see a nub in the profile shot, but the spine is curved so I'm not sure.. Any ideas? I can't stand the wait now to confirm at my 20 week!! I thought for sure this one was a girl, just by how I was feeling and the difference in pregnancies. Any help or just thoughts is appreciated! ** UPDATE** 18wks 4days - ALL BOY!! Thanks for the guesses ladies!

I definitely wouldn't call it 100% yet but I'd get used to the idea of 2 sweet boys. Looks pretty boyish to me.
