BOY! Anyways,alot of you might not remember me. I was once in here alot to chat with other people who were having conflicts with this test from BGM. I had the test done when I was 11weeks or so and they told me it was a "GIRL" Well at my 22wk u/s and u/s there after confirmed it was 100% BOY. I also even had a 4d ultrasound and it clearly showed a penis. I am happy to say that on 01/01/2006 at 8:37 pm,my son Kaden Andrew Wagner was born. He was a healthy 6lbs 3 oz and 18.75 inches. HE came in screaming and I was so overjoyed the second the doctors yelled "It's a Boy!" BGM was so wrong. I was one of the people who were able to get a refund before my sons birth after having a huge fight with them on the phone and bringing lawyers involved. I just wanted to note that bgm was wrong for me. They said girl,u/s said boy and delivery clearly shows a healthy beautiful little boy. Anyways I just wanted to put this in here and good luck to the rest of you. Hope everything goes well for the next set of people who are due or still having problems with BGM. Oh yeah when I have pics available on my pc I will gladly post my little boy :-) *muahz* Summer

Congratulations Summer! I remember your story...one that inspired me to put up a fight for my refund. YAY!!!!!!!!! The time is here! Everyone is giving birth to exactly what their ultrasounds were saying, proving BGM wrong (but we knew that, right?)

Sooo happy for you! New years??!!!! What cool birthday bashes lie ahead for him!!! How fun!!! You can stay up 'til midnight and yell "Happy Birthday!!" instead of "Happy New Year!"

I am attempting a similar route with AcuGen and getting an attorney friend of mine to draw up a letter w/scanned ultrasound images showing the true gender!
